
In order to submit a paper, you must first enter your online registration form information and complete your pre-registration process. By clicking on the Register and Pay Later option, you can complete your pre-registration and upload your paper from the page that opens.

Rules of Abstract Submission
- Abstracts sent to the congress will be collected only through the Online Presentation Module.
- Applications with written formula, e-mail, fax and other methods will not be accepted.
- In order for the abstract to be included in the congress book, at least one of the authors must register to the congress.
- The whole evaluation process related to the papers will be followed by the participant's e-mail and password through the system.
- Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
- Submitted papers can be written in the form of research, review, case presentation.
- Abstracts; introduction and purpose, materials and methods, findings, results and keywords.
- The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5 words.
- Scientific and legal responsibility for the paper belongs to the authors.
- Scientific Committee members will evaluate the submitted papers for the purpose of determining their scientific quality and conformity.
- The names and surnames of the authors should be filled according to their order in the study and the “Server Writer” box to the left of the name of the person who will submit the work should be checked.
- The names and addresses of the institutions that the authors work for must be indicated.
Feedback
- The abstracts submitted will be evaluated through the online system and the e-mail containing your abstract evaluation results will be sent to the address defined in the system.
Rules for Oral Abstract Presentation
- The time and date of oral presentation will be announced after acceptance of the paper.
- Oral presentations should be transferred to the computer in the control room at least 2 hours before the presentation time.
- Please do not forget to enter your e-mail address and your mobile phone number when you register to the system in order to avoid communication problems. Papers without contact information in the system will not be evaluated.
- The organizing board and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for the information entered inaccurately or incorrectly.
- Before the deadline for submission of the paper, you may submit your corrections through online system and for correction of errors and missing information in your paper. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered.
- Abstracts that are not submitted in accordance with the rules of abstracts and the rules mentioned above will be excluded from the evaluation.
